We don’ts support download images of a specific country, but you can download all images with v2.5 now.
incorporate automatic downloading of older images if possible

pc's going off and not downloading images, never get those images again... is there some sort of archive somewhere?

Yes, starting from v2.5, you can download all images through Wallpaper Downloader. There is a button ’Download all old Bing images" on the main window
Make a fade transition between wallpapers, and not just jump

The fade from one wallpaper to another in Windows 7 is very nice

make the tooltip display [detailed] information about the current wallpaper, instead of the progname

When a nice wallpaper pops up, and I want more info about it, the tooltip on the notification area could give me the title, and even scrape more detail from the webpage. Right now, I have to About this wallpaper... and open a browser to see this title

I know this has been posted before, but I just searched Bing wallpapers and they have them in 1900X1200 resolution. Can you add a filter option to only download wallpapers of certain sizes?

set a custom button to download manually, mine hasnt updated in almost 12 hours, need manual

Downloader is awesome, but we need a manual download button or some sort of way to set download times...

My downloader has last updated 1am and its now 12pm, and if I look at the bing sites, I'm missing out on photes

As the program is a freeware, we can’t afford the bandwith cost for frequent download. So each user is only allow to download once in 24 hours.
